Kristin pretty much said it all, but I want to reiterate how amazing their sea salt caramels are. I'm a fan of the milk chocolate ones, even though I'm usually a dark chocolate kind of girl. It never is busy in here, I feel like after the bustle in U-Village its a nice reprieve. When it's cold out I get a cup of tea and few pieces of chocolate to munch on.

I usually go here when I'm looking for a gift to give someone, because you can't go wrong with chocolate as a present AND their gift wrapping and boxes are so lovely.

Fran's has won several awards for their sea salt caramels and they are not to be missed. The combination of salty and sweet is so complex and delicious you will be surprised and coming back for more. The staff at Fran's is very nice as well. They sometimes give out samples and even free hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is so rich that it is almost overwhelming. Also try the figs stuffed with ganache.
