from Salumi Restaurant
"Its about Tuscan Finocchiona salami, studded with fennel seeds, and the best spicy sopressata I have ever tasted- complex, slightly smoky, and a vivid red. Hold up a piece of any one of Batali's salamis and you'll see a carnal kaleidoscope, with bits of rosy hues and solid or clear whites, a slice of careful handiwork."

Went here today for team lunch. Ordered a hot Porchetta (spelling??). The food's good but they really pour on the olive oil so if you don't finish your sandwhich quickly, the bread falls apart. Would have given it 4 stars if it wasn't for 2 things: 1) If you go during lunch hour, expect a LONG line, 2) very small and cramped. The front area where you wait and pay for your sandwhich is like a long narrow hallway. Everyone wait on one side with barely enought room for people to get out on the other side. 3) ok, one more thing is the place might be a little bit expensive for some. We noticed that most items starts at $9.
