Despite some bad reviews, I thought this place was ok. The beer of the month was tasty and so was the Jambalaya plate.
"Decent" is a pretty good description. The Ram at University Village is a much better option for the genre, though.
Just had the chipotle bbq chicken pizza here tonight, and it was really very poor. I could barely tell that there was barbecue sauce on the pizza, and they drizzled spicy chipotle mayonnaise all over the top of it. That's just not what the bbq chicken pizza is supposed to taste like -- the mayo had a kick to it, but overall the dish was bland. The $10 pizza was one of the cheapest meals on the menu, with the average around $13.
The waitress was upbeat, but maybe a little too much so. And despite her high energy, the food was slow in coming, and the service was a little spotty through the meal, even though there seemed to be no one else around.
