The observation deck is where its at. The food is pretty bad (atrocious for the price), but the view is definitely worth taking in. Go for drinks if you have something to celebrate, but avoid the restaurant.
Denny's quality food, with better presentation, five times the cost and a really amazing view. Spare yourself the indigestion and just go there for drinks
