My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Quinn's - a hip pub in the heart of Capitol Hill. Jeff sampled a beer from Jackson Hole, Wyoming (the beer list is very extensive) while I enjoyed one of my favorite red wines, Ridge Geyserville. We started with the house-made brewer's pretzel with dipping sauce and a grilled romaine and bread salad. Both were delicious! Jeff loved the wagyu beef burger (he never orders a burger!) and fries and I had two of the small dishes - scallops with fingerling potatoes (and popcorn powder - cool!) and the gnocchi with rabbit ragout. Both dishes were very, very good. I would definitely have the gnocchi the next time around. It was truly excellent. The service was also very good. Our server was attentive but not overly so and the food came out quickly without feeling rushed. I highly recommend Quinn's for a fun date place or group get together.

I love this place! Anne and I did our date night dinner here, and we both enjoyed the atmosphere and loved the food and were impressed with the service. I was slightly disappointed with the beer selection, as I'm an IPA guy, and they only had the fishtale and Manny's on draught.

I recommend the wagyu burger and the gnocchi and the scallops (with powdered popcorn) and the pretzel and the romaine salad! Yum...
