Harlot on a Wednesday night is probably not a fair way to review this place. The painfully beautiful gather together to imbibe and (occasionally) dance. However, when I went there I couldn't figure out why no one was dancing - so I started asking around. As it turns out, many people wanted to but the place was empty enough where it just didn't seem like something that was done.

We danced anyway, and had a great time. It is as great place, has a mellow vibe similar to what you can expect at Black Bottle meets See Sound Lounge in Seattle.
