A very cool place to take pics of the city, the sound, the stadiums, the boats at the marina... etc... Free binoculars allow you to view the container ships, West Seattle, a random sailboat, etc.
Many people hang out on the benches, eating lunch, listening to their ipods, sketching the scenery.
It closes at 11, and it is always closed if the cruise ship is docked.
